Beginner Yoga Series
January 22 at 6:00 pm - February 12 at 7:00 pm
The beginner series will be a 4-week class every Monday night (Jan. 22nd – Feb. 12th) from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm. We will journey through the benefits of yoga, connecting the breath with the body and its movements, and moving into some gentle flowing poses. Each class will build upon the week before and give you place to begin your yoga practice or great refresher on the basics.
This is a great way to start off the New Year! Whether you are new to yoga or would like to deepen your practice.
