Yoga on Shades Mountain

Vinyasa Yoga every Tuesday 6pm-7pm
Community classes are welcome for all yoga levels. Lindsay will instruct the class with variations of poses for you to best adjust your practice to fit your needs. This practice connects mind, breath, and body in a vinyasa flow while working to bring awareness, increase stability and calm the mind. Tap into your inner strength and discover more peace. Most of all have fun!
Class will be 1 hour – Cost is a donation
